Google dá curso gratuito de marketing digital para pequenas e médias empresas

Diante do aumento significativo nos casos de Covid-19 e the need for non-essential businesses to close, Google is launching an online and free course on digital marketing starting this Tuesday (23). This initiative aims to assist small and medium-sized businesses that want to begin selling online during this challenging period.
This course is part of the “Grow with Google” initiative and spans a three-day journey. The content covers digital marketing concepts, brand strategy, tips for online sales, and also showcases the digital tools and solutions provided by the big tech company.

In the initial session, the course instructs how to prepare a business for the online world, with experts offering advice on making the most of free digital resources. On the second day, participants will learn how to establish a virtual presence through brand building. The third and final day will focus on acquiring new customers and boosting sales, highlighting various successful case studies.

The course features a total of 18 video lessons, delivered by Google executives and external professionals. The classes will be released on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th of the month. Moreover, all presentations will be available, free of charge, for those unable to keep up with the classes during this period.

Enrollment can be done on Google’s dedicated page, and there are no prerequisites for registration. According to Susana Ayarza, the Director of Marketing for Google Brazil, the course’s aim is to empower individuals who aspire to start a business or already own one, enabling them to navigate the digital world with consciousness.

“In the current scenario, technology stands as the greatest ally for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who have increased their search for online tools to help them stay connected with their customers, update their business models, boost their sales, and enhance their brand visibility.”

Female Entrepreneurship

Google has recently launched a complimentary empowerment course for women, in celebration of International Women’s Day. Two learning paths offer content on female leadership, finances, self-awareness, and professional advancement. All sessions, led by prominent women such as Rachel Maia, remain accessible on the “Grow with Google for Women” page, allowing participants to choose a journey that aligns with their respective profiles.
